Wird (com.zowcode.wird) is a free Qur'an and adhkār app, offered as
Sadaqah Jāriyah. We do not run accounts, ads, or analytics, and we do not
collect, store, or sell any personal information.
The Qur'an text, adhkār, and prayer-time calculation all run offline on your device. The app does not request your contacts, camera, microphone, or storage.
With your permission, the app reads your approximate (coarse) location solely to calculate accurate prayer times on your device — this drives the morning/evening adhkār switch and the nightly reading window. Your location is never sent off the device, stored on any server, or shared with anyone. If you decline, the app falls back to a default location and keeps working.
The app makes two kinds of outbound requests, and only when relevant:

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
